2. Service Description & Infrastructure Provisioning

AI Automation VPS provides high-performance cloud architecture recommendations, pricing comparisons, and setup documentation for Virtual Private Servers (VPS) powered by AMD EPYC processors and Gen 4 PCIe NVMe storage. Server provisioning, hardware maintenance, network backbones, and billing for underlying server instances are managed in conjunction with accredited tier-3 datacenter infrastructure partners.

3. 99.99% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our recommended server infrastructure maintains a 99.99% network uptime commitment across global regions (Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, Japan, India, and Australia). Redundant power grids, automated failover routing, and carrier-grade DDoS mitigation shield workloads from interruptions during high-traffic surges or market volatility (such as Forex news events).

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All virtual server instances must be utilized in full compliance with international and local laws. Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Transmitting unsolicited mass email communications (SPAM) or hosting open mail relays.
• Engaging in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network port scanning, or unauthorized vulnerability probing.
• Distributing malware, spyware, phishing kits, or counterfeit materials.
• Mining cryptocurrencies that violate host datacenter compute utilization limits.

5. Term Commitments, Pricing, and $0 Setup Fees

VPS instances are offered across monthly terms and discounted multi-month commitments (e.g. 24-month terms providing up to 20% billing savings). Invoiced amounts reflect the selected configuration, term duration, and applicable regional taxes (e.g., 19% VAT where mandated). Setup fees remain $0 on all standard provisioning cycles.

6. Affiliate & Third-Party Disclosure

AI Automation VPS operates in part as an authorized affiliate and infrastructure referral resource. External links directing users to checkout or server configuration dashboards may generate referral commissions. We stand behind our recommendations based on verified hardware benchmarks, IOPS speed measurements, and hands-on self-hosting tests.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AI Automation VPS, its contributors, or network affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, algorithmic trading drawdowns, or configuration errors. Users maintain full responsibility for securing root credentials and scheduling snapshot backups.
